- Fee analysis run, slight adjustment for spring, still less than competition. Fees include umps, background checks, uniforms, administrative costs, etc
- Registration numbers indicate 120 members ahead of spring 06
- Key dates and clinics discussed, clinics at MHS and FMHS
- Ken Skillet announced 2 new select teams for spring: 10U/12U Fusion, still need 6U director, 7U-10U will be age pure in spring
- Gene Gray and Paul Hazboun provided NTI update,
- 3 divisions, AA, Classic, Elite
- 80 teams including FMYSA, Colleyville, Keller, Coppell, Trophy Club, Southlake, Denton, NEO
- 8 or 16 games depending upon division, AA-16, 8 for Classic and Elite to allow for tournament play
- Age group Directors – still need BB, 4U, 12U, 13U and grievance directors
- John Chalfant provided Bakersfield update regarding seeding, bullpens, etc
- JC also updated tournament schedule
- BB rec schedules, route needs to John prior to season opening
- Lights – JC to manage lights with TOFM assistance
- AAYBA update – Charlie Carr
- 6 age groups during 2 week tournament, 7/7 and 7/21
- 3 age groups per week, check FMYSA website for additional info
- Lightning Detection – delivery of equipment expected within 3-5 days
- To be installed at Bakersfield Park, Hill Top, Gerrault and Chinn Chapel
