June 4, 2006 FMYSA Board Meeting

Attendees: Nick Jamele, Chuck Berneche, Charlie Carr, Greg Staddon, Greg Axelrod, Rick Henson, Steve Brown, Jim Antonelli, Amy Burwell, Larry Burwell, Bret Williams.

Gene Gray calls the meeting to order and described the election process for the board of directors and the use of the nomination committee.

All new board positions where nominated by the nomination committee and voted in before the members in attendance with the following results;

Jim Antonelli was unopposed in the running for the board Secretary position and was unanimously approved.

Chuck Berneche was unopposed in the running for the board V.P. Baseball position and was unanimously approved.

Ken Skillett was the only nominee approved and put forth by the nomination committee in the running for the board V.P. Softball position and was unanimously approved.

Charlie Carr was unopposed in the running for the board Executive Vice President position and was unanimously approved.

Nick Jamele was unopposed in the running for the board President position and was unanimously approved.

After the election, the new board took over the meeting. The remainder of the meeting was spent discussing the need to evaluate volunteer roles and expectations as well as the introduction of potential topics for the winter task force to address.
